Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 full bath, 2 half bath colonial on private 3.7 acres on the north fork of the Shenandoah river. Located 1.5 miles from RT 81, approximately 3 miles outside of the towns of Edinburg and Woodstock in the Shenandoah Valley.
This gorgeous home is located directly on the river and has beautiful mountain and river views with a private concrete river access ramp and large open lot for plenty of outdoor games. River use and access ~ We offer free use of two Old Town Discovery canoes with paddles and vests. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy excellent small mouth bass fishing or just enjoy the river with our park like setting and concrete river ramp for easy access. The river is excellent for fishing, kayaking, tubing or canoeing with pick up points conveniently located to the property.
